Position Overview
Limestone Bay Estate is seeking a visually driven Digital Content & Media Associate for the 2026 season.
Reporting directly to our Marketing Lead, this role is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual content that showcases the property’s unique experiences, luxury setting, and destination appeal.
This is an ideal opportunity for a photographer / videographer who understands storytelling through short-form video and social media and wants to build a portfolio around a distinctive luxury property.
The successful candidate will help shape the visual identity of Limestone Bay across Instagram and digital marketing channels, capturing the estate, guests, experiences, and surrounding environment in a way that reflects the brand’s premium yet relaxed atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
Capture 3–5 short-form videos per week (Instagram Reels / short-form social content)
Photograph key moments around the property including golf, waterfront, nature, events, and lifestyle experiences
Balance professional camera work with agile iPhone-based content capture
Visual Storytelling
Create cinematic, visually compelling content that reflects the luxury yet relaxed nature of the estate
Highlight experiences such as golf, waterfront activities, corporate retreats, events, and the surrounding Kingston landscape
Identify creative ways to showcase the property through seasonal storytelling
Post-Production
Edit short-form video content and photography for Instagram and marketing use
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the Limestone Bay brand
Content Planning & Social Support
Assist with planning weekly social media content for Instagram
Work with the marketing team to identify upcoming experiences or events worth capturing
Reporting & Collaboration
Upload all weekly content and raw assets to a shared Google Drive
Participate in weekly cadence calls with Marketing to review content and plan upcoming shoots
Maintain an organized digital library of photos and videos for marketing us
Qualifications
Photography and videography experience required (portfolio mandatory)
Comfortable shooting both short-form video and lifestyle photography
Experience creating Instagram Reels or social-first video content
Basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools)
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
Highly organized and comfortable working independently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in luxury, hospitality, golf, travel, or lifestyle content
Drone photography / videography
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software
