Hey kitimat community some of you know me my name is Alysse Rice.

Myranda and I are so excited to introduce our new business, Maple & Pine Rentals .Co

Little about me is I am a long-time local of Kitimat and the owner/operator of Teddy Bear Daycare for the past 7 years, and mother of two. Creating welcoming, fun memorable experiences for families and our community has always been something I am passionate about.

Now, Myranda and I are beyond excited to bring something new and unique to our area a out of
this world glamping experience. Where people can relax, reconnect with nature, and make unforgettable memories in comfort and style.

We want to take the stress of decorating ,setting up and taking down and transporting away from your stays with us. Let us do all the heavy lifting.

Hi, I’m Myranda 🤍
I’m a small-town mama of 3, business owner, dreamer, and someone who has always loved creating cozy, beautiful spaces that make people feel relaxed, welcomed, and cared for. Alongside Maple & Pine, I also run a local cleaning business, where my love for creating peaceful, inviting spaces really began.
I’m deeply inspired by nature, slow moments, warm aesthetics, and making everyday experiences feel a little more magical.
I’m the kind of person who romanticizes campfires, quiet mornings, soft lighting, mountain views, and meaningful moments with the people you love most. Creating things with heart has always been important to me, and I’ve always dreamed of building something that reflects that feeling.
That dream is what led to Maple & Pine Rentals. Co a business built around comfort, connection, nature, and creating memorable experiences people can truly escape into.
Starting something new is exciting, scary, and incredibly rewarding all at once, but I’m so grateful to be on this journey and thankful for every single person supporting it already 🌲✨

We’re so excited to finally introduce ourselves and share this little dream with you.
Maple & Pine was created from our love of cozy spaces, nature, beautiful experiences, and bringing a little magic into everyday life. We wanted to create something that feels peaceful, memorable, and different a place where people can slow down, reconnect, celebrate, and make lasting memories beneath the pines.
What started as a simple idea quickly turned into a passion project inspired by luxury outdoor living, cozy aesthetics, and creating unforgettable stays and events right here in our community.
Our goal is to offer beautifully styled rentals and experiences that feel elevated, relaxing, and thoughtfully curated whether it’s for a romantic getaway, girls weekend, celebration, family gathering, or simply a quiet escape into nature.
