Relax and enjoy some well deserved family time in our private and newly furnished all season waterfront cottage located just a 5 minute drive to the town of Lakefield where you will find many great restaurants, shops, cafes, spas and a chocolate factory among many other great places to explore. The space
It is part of the Trent Severn system with the ability to explore many other
lakes through the locks. The water is shallow on entry and the property is flat throughout. There is lots of grass space available for games and lounging and plenty of parking on both sides of the garage. The 2 larger bedrooms have queen beds, the small bedroom has a bunk bed (and small trundle, this room is best suited for kids), there is also a pull out couch and a futon in the living room. The house is equipped with many amenities you may need, including dishes, cutlery, small appliances, cooking basics and more. The large heated garage is used as a games room with a foosball table, ping-pong table, a basketball hoop game, ring toss, giant jenga, giant connect 4, corn-hole, bar height tables as well as an additional full size fridge and microwave. There is a 2 person canoe and 1 kayak available for you to explore the waters and 2 life jackets/2 paddles in the shed closest to the water. Outdoor games: horseshoes, badminton, KanJam located either in the garage or the shed by the water. Fishing: lots of fish in the water and great fishing off the dock
