Mayne Island Camping

Mayne Island Camping Located on Beautiful Mayne Island, this Family run 22 acre Campsite boasts stunning views, beautiful Cyclists often join us when touring the islands.

Mayne Island Camping boasts 11 private walk-in campsites, 9 of which are waterfront, and, in addition, there is a glade area which can accommodate approximately 10 tents. We have well kept outhouses, an outdoor sink area, and a beautiful outdoor tree shower. We have 1800ft of waterfront including both a sand/pebble beach and sandstone beach area. There is a 60 sq ft floating wharf off of which you

can fish or set crab traps or just enjoy the sun and water. We have a boat launch for larger boats, but a majority of our boaters are kayakers and canoers. Our site is located very close to BC Ferries which makes it very accessible by bike or foot. We have a buoy to moor boat arrivals.

“Hands down an unforgettable experience. My friends, husband our pups and I had the most exquisite time.

Selfishly I don't want to overshare because it's a hidden gem I hope never to lose our annual spot. Lois, the grounds manager is absolutely amazing, quick to respond and so helpful. We LOVE it here, the tranquil feeling of the private sites, the well-kept grounds and the beautiful paths throughout, there is a little something for everyone. Highly recommend it for those who want to change up their camping experience.

Looking forward to next year's memories! Thank you so much.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES:
Beachside beauty with a nice covered area to enjoy watching the passing ferries. The campsite is so beautiful. There is an open field area for games and the sites are nicely tucked so there aren't people one on the other. The paths are clearly marked and the area is one in a million.

WALKABILITY:
There are beautiful trails to walk or hike throughout the property.

NOTEWORTHY DETAILS:
The property is tranquil, beautifully kept and well-maintained. A place to be at peace with the surrounding beauty of nature while also enjoying the company of friends and family. We loved having our pups with us who also loved the space and view.”
