Little Sparrow Spa and Wellness Retreat came into fruition while it’s creator and builder, Courtney Wing, relaxed in the tranquility of Scandinavan Spa.
It is the intention of Little Sparrow to help nurture a strong sense of community – a place where people can share space, build positive intention, cleanse and heal from the hardships of life, and rejoice in heartfelt moments that will nurture and enrich the paths of everyone that grace our grounds.
The quiet solitude of being with one’s own thoughts and emotions without interruption while embracing the Scandanavian spa method of alternating between hot and cold inspired a sense of healing that Courtney wanted others to experience. With the loss came the blessing of a near finished five thousand square foot west coast style post and beam house that was constructed over the course of five years using seven fir trees that were cut and milled right on the property.
