Casa La Playa — Seasonal Rental in Playa Guiones

Enjoy the best of Playa Guiones from Casa La Playa, a comfortable and private two-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch-style home in one of Nosara’s most convenient locations.

The house is located between the Baker’s Beach entrance of Playa Guiones, about a 5-minute walk away, and Bodhi Tree, just a 3-minute walk away. You’ll be close to the beach, restaurants, yoga, and everything that makes Guiones such a special place to spend the season.

The home offers a spacious open-concept living area combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The house is set back from the street, providing a nice sense of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

Outside, you’ll find a private lap pool, patio, and lounging area—a great place to cool off after the beach or relax during the afternoon.

The Bedrooms

* Master bedroom: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
* Second bedroom: One double bed and one single bed with private ensuite bathroom

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Casa La Playa works well for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

This is a simple, comfortable Costa Rican home rather than a luxury villa, and its location, privacy, outdoor space, and proximity to the beach make it a great base for enjoying a longer stay in Nosara.

If you are looking for a spot that has a community feel, close to the beach, during raining season, check out Casa Vitality bed and Breakfast. We have a few spots left from mid Sep to the of October. Perfect for single travelers, couples or friends who want to hang by the pool, and enjoy what the green season has to offer.

When you make a batch of cookies, forget to put a timer in, and over cook them (but not burnt them), then you can make a delicious desert, Magic Cookies.

-crumble the cookies, add enough butter to make a paste
-transfer the cookie paste to a dish, you want about 1/4” thickness of paste
-cover with coconut flakes, enough not to see the cookie paste
-add chocolate chips to cover the coconut
-cover with condensed milk (I used coconut condensed milk as I’m lactose free)
-bake until golden
