There’s something special about the people who recognize the difference early.

More than 10 years ago, Consolidated Laundry Equipment Inc. was already an advocate for Yamamoto, recognizing the quality, engineering, and potential of the equipment long before our brand had the presence in North America that it does today.

As we continue growing, I find myself increasingly appreciative of the people throughout our industry who were willing to put their confidence in Yamamoto early on. Those relationships have played an important role in getting us where we are today.

Shout out to Billy (still grabbing install photos) and the team at Consolidated Laundry Equipment for another great installation and for your continued partnership!

Déjà vu?

It sure feels like it.

Another Yamamoto WUN275 is headed south to Texas for Tide Cleaners DFW just a couple months after their last one arrived at the end of July.

We can talk all day about durability, performance, serviceability, and customer support…but there may not be a better endorsement than a customer coming back for another machine.

Repeat business is something we never take for granted. It’s validation that both the equipment and the people standing behind it are doing their jobs.

We’re incredibly thankful for the continued trust from the Tide team and excited to see another WUN275 heading their way.

Apparently, one 275-pound Yamamoto just wasn’t enough. 😎

A dealer recently shared a story with us about a client that he’s not seeing as much of lately. But the reason is likely different than you’d suspect…

A couple of years ago, the Desert Inn and Suites in Anaheim began investing in Yamamoto washers. Over time, they’ve continued replacing their pre-existing equipment, and recently he installed the final machine.

As he was wrapping up the installation, one of the laundry operators made a comment:

“We hardly see you anymore.”

The dealer laughed and told us, “That’s because of the Yamamotos.”

With the other equipment, he was regularly back at the property for service. Unfortunately for the client, the failures were not because the other units were old, they simply couldn’t hold up.

There are a lot of ways to talk about reliability, specifications, engineering, construction, and service records.

But sometimes the best measure is simply how often the service technician DOESN'T have to show up.
