shroom that is located in the middle of those 2 bedrooms. Please note that you need to go through the bedroom to get to the washroom. The loft above the bedrooms has a queen size bed as well as a twin size bed. The washroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, heated floors & a heat lamp to keep you nice and warm. Please note : all bed sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc. (limited amount for long term monthly stays). For entertainment, unlimited high-speed satellite wifi is provided at no extra cost! Remember that this is satellite internet, so it isn't as fast as the internet you would have in a big downtown city! Regardless, it is still fast enough to watch Netflix or to do a Zoom call without freezing. The 50 inch Smart TV is available for you to use in the living room, where you will also find a DVD player with a bunch of DVDs, and many boardgames too. There is also an indoor wood furnace to keep you extra toasty should you wish to make a fire indoors. Outdoors, you will find the 6 person hot tub as well as an outdoor fire pit. The cottage is situated right on Lac Gravel, a 2 km2 lake that has it's own private island, where you can go by using the pedal boat and 3 person canoe that comes with the rental (4 life jackets included, but please, for safety, please bring your own). There is also a BBQ and a newly built 215 sq ft dock, which will be ready in summer 2020. Should you need anything, the cottage is 5 minutes away from the local gas station/convenience store, 15 minutes away from a main grocery store & 30 minutes away from all other stores. If you like doing outdoor activities, the cottage is situated approximately 20 minutes away from the Devil's Mountain Regional Park (Parc Régional Montagne du Diable). It is an amazing outdoor regional park, with multiple lakes and many kms of many outdoor activities (skiing, swimming, walking in the forest, snowshoeing, mountain biking, snow mobiling, etc.).
