In our close-knit fiber community, almost everyone has been touched by breast cancer—
whether through personal experience, a loved one, or a dear friend. It’s a cause that hits close
to home for so many of us.
That’s why we’re proud to support Knit for the Girls, a fundraiser dedicated to fueling life-
saving breast cancer research. From October 23rd to 31st, your donation not only helps fund
critical projects but also enters you into an incredible raffle. Every day, donors are entered to
win yarn and maker goodies, and at the end of the fundraiser there are 10 grand prizes to be
won.
The generosity of our fiber arts community is incredible. This year, yarn dyers, shop owners,
designers, and even craft magazines have come together to donate over 150 skeins of yarn,
plus books, project bags, and accessories as raffle prizes for Knit for the Girls donors.
That means every single donation not only funds breast cancer research but also gives you a
chance to win from this amazing collection of prizes. Whether it’s a gorgeous skein or two, a
new book, or the perfect tool, there’s something for everyone.
