Hello everyone! I wanted to let you all know that, due to many requests for camping and tenting, I now have suite motel rooms available. These are perfect for two people (or maybe a small child). Each suite includes a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave, and you’ll have full access to the park’s facilities. However, I do require a minimum stay of two nights or one week—unfortunately, I can’t rent them for just one night. Also, I’m sorry, but pets are not allowed at this time, due to the short-term stay—the next guest may have allergies. I love animals, but I just can’t allow them. If you’re interested, please plan accordingly, and I’d be happy to host you in this clean, cozy space.The rate is $100 per night, but there is a minimum stay of two nights.

Hello, my name is Maryam, and I am the owner of Muskoka Falls Trailer Park. We have a beautifully maintained mobile home available for seasonal use in our park. This home must stay on-site—it has no wheels, and we do not allow it to be moved. I am offering it to a small family—up to three people—such as a retired couple or a young family with one child, who would love a peaceful cottage escape for multiple seasons, not just one. As the park owner, I want to be clear: the family must pay the seasonal park fee each season, and they must care for and maintain the home themselves—keeping it clean and in great condition. This is a long-term seasonal arrangement—unlike month-to-month rentals or Airbnb—so it is meant for several seasons, not just one. If you are interested, please send me your information—tell me if you are retired, employed, own a home, or if this will be your weekend cottage. Once I review your details, if approved, I will invite you to visit the park. You can see the home, meet me, and get to know the other residents. After we meet and everything feels right, we will sign a formal contract, just like all other trailer owners. I want to assure you, I am not asking for any money upfront—no scams at all. Once we agree, everything will be handled formally on-site. This is a seasonal park—it is not a short-term rental. I look forward to hearing from you
