The good, bad and sometimes ugly. It's rise and return as the heartbeat of the local business community. Queen Street was once the place to be, the busy Downtown Street that runs from River Road in the East to Victoria Street in the West side. It is like a Phoenix rising. Not from ashes but from years of neglect, short sighted decisions and a plain lack of vision for the future and present reality of it's awesome potential.
