Burgundy Hut
Located at old town Niagara-on-the-lake with vintage hotels and wineries nearby and in a very nice and quite neighborhood, you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in this cut mild vintage style home.
With two living rooms in the house, you would have a lot of space to relax . We have one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a third bedroom with bunkbed ( twin over double) . A sofa bed is also there in each of the living room.
Outside you will find a big and quiet backyard. Deck with patio table set and BBQ grill will definitely complete your day with some family meal and time to spend together.
Guest access
Guests have the entire space, including the laundry and the backyard. Garage is not for guests use. But if you need to store your bikes, please request to use the garage.
Other things to note
You must be 25 years old in order to book this house.
We don't have a cabled TV at this house but we have a smart TV.
A few important house rules:
--No outdoor shoes inside the house. Shoe rack in the front closet.
--No smoking inside the house.
--No street parking permitted. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway. 4 parking space available.
--No music playing outdoors at any time of the day. No outdoor activities after 10pm. Please keep your noise minimum in the yard at anytime of the day. We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood. This is a very important house rule. Breaking this rule may result in formal complaints and us losing operating license.
--Please recycle and separate garbage. Containers provided.
--Leave the house the same condition as when you found it, including the air quality.
-- For sanitary reasons we don't treat very soiled items such as towels or linens. If the stains can't be washed off, we will have to charge you for replacing those items. You can use the laundry facility in the house to treat any stains you left.
---Security cameras installed OUTSIDE of the house. One is located at the front door area and one is in the backyard. We keep in mind our guests privacy. Please message us for more information when and how we use these cameras.
--Guests need to fill out a short registration form and sign a rental and house rule agreement upon arrival.
