Niagara "Loch Ness" monsters have arrived!!! And they are in the backyard at Somerset every morning. It's like looking at a dinosaur, and never in my life, would I have thought I would see these creatures come out of the water like that. My new morning routine is now watching them with a cup of coffee.

We are so lucky that our guests are absolutely amazing humans. This was the sweetest couple. Truly a King and Queen. Can't wait to see them again. 🥰 Thank you so much for staying with us.

Our Pie ate my Quiche breakfast. Spinach, shallots, red peppers and swiss cheese baked into a puff pastry shell with maple sausage and sweet potato fries.

Our pressed Greek yogurt banana split. Always a hit at breakfast. Pressed, Greek yogurt is extra thick.Almost like a cream cheese. It's even higher in protein per spoonful and lower in carbs. It's an excellent option for breakfast.
