🌿 What an incredible Wellness Afternoon at Niagara Getaway! 🌿
We decided to hold a one day event with some friends. Here’s how it went with our 20+ guests.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday, July 31st for an afternoon dedicated to movement, wellness, and community.

A special thank you to our amazing wellness team:

💪 Bobby (Mun Key) for kicking things off with an energizing Pilates Fusion class.

🧘‍♀️ Rianna (Rianna Reid) for leading a relaxing and restorative yoga session that left everyone feeling refreshed.

🥗 Dr. Andrea D’Angelo (Dr. Andrea D’Angelo, ND) for providing delicious post-workout snacks and sharing her passion for helping others live healthier lives.

❄️ Loretta (ColdwaterQueenLo) for introducing guests to the benefits of cold plunging and giving everyone the opportunity to step outside their comfort zone.

✨ Rochelle (Yoga & Wellness by Rochelle) for all of your help with the equipment, event setup, and behind-the-scenes support that made the afternoon run so smoothly.

From the workouts and cold plunge experience to the backyard games, conversations, and time spent enjoying the beautiful setting, it was a wonderful reminder that wellness is about more than fitness—it’s about connection, community, and supporting one another.
