Whitestone Ranch is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being
outdoors in a beautiful ranch setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Maintain landscaping, fences, trails, and common areas
- Operate tools, machinery, and ranch vehicles safely and effectively
- Assist with seasonal projects and event setups as needed
- Ensure safety standards are met across the property
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests

Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handy experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
