ALL bookings are subject to a security/reservation deposit of $600. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of departure upon inspection of unit and cart, less $100 which is kept as a cleaning fee. ALL bookings are subject to resort fees to be paid in addition to the rental amount at a flat fee of $10 per person over the age of 6. These fees must be paid directly with your rental fee. Each guest will be given a wrist band for full access to resort. Please ensure you adequately account for all those who require the wristbands. PLEASE NOTE: FUNPLEX passes are not included in rental prices, and are purchased directly through the resort at the guests discretion.
