**Sherkston charges a $15 + HST ($16.95) registration fee per guest for all guests 6yrs and older. This is NOT included in the rental fee and will have to be paid separately prior to arrival at the resort**
**NEW 4% MAT Tax charged by City of Port Colbourne will be charged at time of booking**
**$500 security/damage deposit to secure booking. Security/damage deposit will be returned within 24-48 hrs after check-out inspection. Balance due 30 days before check in.**
*Cancelation Policy: Cancel greater than 30 days for full refund. Security deposit will not be refunded if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
*Check-in: 4:00 PM

*You must bring your own Linens, towels, pillows, toiletries, food etc.
*Water park passes are NOT included in the rental fee. They can be purchased at the Welcome Center during your stay
