For the fifth year in a row, has hosted this late-season CX race as part of the series. Well the weather cooperated today, with lots of sunshine! ☀️🚵🏾‍♂️🚵🏻‍♀️

It is definitely fall in

There is something about the changing light, the leaves turning color, the fog, the glint of the sun shining on the power lines and the straight lines of the road surface on this cool crisp fall day, that makes me want to go on a down this highway to Halcyon or Nakusp Hot Springs and soak.

As an owner of some awesome camping gear, including the tent, and down , I’m super excited about the latest product, the Bobcat Trail Quilt.

This is a lighter version of the Firebelly, (which has become my favourite go to quilt for , lounging around the house, and even watching the kids playing sports). Both of these quilts work as sleeping bag replacements, hammock under quilts or top quilts, and are soft, lightweight, warm and packable.
