We have a rental property for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals for $250 per night.
Check in 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.
Located in west end of St. John’s off Topsail Road close to The Village Mall, Sobeys, plenty of stores, restaurants and businesses. Also on metro bus route. This 1000 square foot town home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, galley kitchen, dining room, living room and washer and dryer in the basement. Property has 2 car parking. One located in front of the house and the other parking space located across the street in the community parking lot under lot 41. The home has a small front patio and a closed in private back yard. The three-bedroom house includes one queen size bed, one full size bed and one twin size bed. House also includes your basic amenities towels, face clothes, dishes, utensils, pops and pans.
This clean and cozy house is for anyone traveling away from home and need a place to rest. This property is a new adventure for us. We welcome any reviews or suggestions our way to make your stay better; for it to be a home away from home. We also ask all of our customers to please treat our house with respect.

THE HOUSE
This stunning home is remarkably spacious, providing ample room for everyone. The two-story property features a large kitchen and dining area, along with a generous living room with the most breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and our quaint little town. Also included two full bathrooms, laundry room complete with, washer and dryer to use at your convenience.
The property boasts 4 large bedrooms, providing plenty of space for family or group of friends or colleagues. Along with the back patio facing the bay, there is a balcony in the master bedroom for your viewing pleasure to relax and enjoy on a beautiful evening.
With its modern elegant design and all the amenities, this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family, friends or colleagues.
We would like to include for family members with small children or babies this house is not child or baby friendly; due to the open staircase , so we ask family's staying with small kids (babies) please use caution around the staircase. This will be taken care of in the near future.
We also have zero tolerance for smoking or va**ng in the house.
Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this property offers a comfortable and inviting space to call your own.
All we ask is that you respect and treat our home as it was when you arrived. Everyone has their own opinions and views on how they see or treat things; we ask our guest to leave our home how it was when you arrived for our next guest.
