A genuine refuge — especially if you're travelling with a dog
We were on a road trip back from Nova Scotia to Ontario and took the Digby-Saint John ferry to spend a few days around Saint Andrews.
Lori's place turned out to be the real highlight of the stop — a quiet, clean, well-considered retreat that let us properly decompress.
The location is ideal: five minutes to downtown St.
Stephen, and five minutes to a municipal dog park with wilderness trails, which Roxie appreciated as much as I did. Lori has clearly thought through what makes a stay easy rather than just adequate — down to the frosty mugs and glasses waiting in the freezer, which tells you everything about the level of care here.
If you want peace, space, and a host who's
anticipated your needs before you've named them, this is it. Highly
recommended.

19 Pine is just what you want!
It is absolutely immaculately clean while still feeling warm and cozy. The hosts have a true heart for hospitality, and have equipped the home with everything you could need or want. All the little details (soup and snacks were perfect on a tired evening) made the stay so lovely. St. Andrew's is an easy drive, we really liked Minister's Island. The Ganong Chocolate museum was fun and downtown is easy walking distance from
19 Pine. Great parking, a lovely private lot, everything to make your stay just right.
