🚲 Rail Trail Update!
Progress continues on the Splatsin te Secwépemc/Shuswap North Okanagan Rail Trail, with a new 14-km section between Mara and Grindrod now open, plus a new parking lot in Mara.
✅ Approximately 32 km of trail is now open across three completed sections:
Sicamous to Grindrod
Enderby–Splatsin pilot section
Armstrong–Lansdowne Road segment
🚧 The Grindrod-to-Enderby section remains closed while construction and environmental work continue.
🎉 Join the ribbon-cutting celebration for the new Mara–Grindrod section on July 17 at 3 p.m. at the Mara Trailhead.
🐕 Dogs must remain on leash, and horses are not permitted on the trail.
