For Nightly Rental ONLY.
This Downtown Top-floor Suite has an Amazing View of St. John's Harbour, Signal Hill and the Narrows. It also has an outdoor hot tub with that same view. It is available for nightly stays as a 1 or 2 bedroom suite.
The Kitchenette has counter-top oven, hot plate, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and all essentials to make and serve small meals.
Plastic glassware for the hot tub.
King Bed, with Tempurpedic mattress.
Heated hardwood floors throughout. TV, WI-Fi, and a Sauna off the bathroom.
The optional second bedroom can be accessed from the Private Observation Lounge of the suite or from the main stairwell. Guests in the second bathroom may use a second bathroom off the said main stairwell.
Access to the PRIVATE outdoor hot tub is through the Private Sun Room.
Rate: $200 per night.
+ $50 Hot Tub. ($80 for 2 nights)
+ $50 for 2nd Bedroom. If required.
+ $20 for Private Off-Street Parking.
Minimum Stay of 2 Nights on the Weekends.
