We are proud to announce the development of Holiday Inn Express & Staybridge Suites, an IHG Hotels franchise, at District 104 in Surrey.

Located at 14178 104 Avenue, the proposed 130 rooms dual-branded hotel will introduce a thoughtfully designed hospitality offering that serves both short-term and extended-stay guests, complementing the existing District 104 mixed-use community.

Developed by PHI Hotel Group, the hospitality division of RBI Group, and constructed by RBI Group’s in-house team, the project reflects our continued commitment to creating quality hospitality destinations that deliver lasting value for our guests and the communities we serve.

We are proud to announce the development of Hyatt Place Hotel in Richmond, the newest addition to PHI Hotel Group’s growing portfolio across British Columbia and Alberta.

Located at 2899 Jow Street, Richmond, just six minutes drive from the Vancouver International Airport, the hotel is positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers while contributing to Richmond’s evolving hospitality landscape.

As the hospitality division of RBI Group of Companies, PHI Hotel Group continues to expand through thoughtfully planned hotel developments. Hyatt Place is being developed and constructed by RBI Group’s in-house team, reflecting the organization’s integrated capabilities across development, construction, ownership and hospitality operations.
