eo; 9 Spadina; The Gallery; Parade; Panorama, Quartz and additional buildings being constructed or nearing completion or for people with a general interest in CityPlace and the events happening in the neighbourhood. Main and surrounding streets include:
Lower Spadina Ave., Bremner Blvd., Fort York Blvd., Rees St., Front St., Brunel Court, Angelique St., Telegram Mews, Fleet St., Navy Wharf Court, Mariner Terrace, York St., Lower Simcoe, Grand Trunk Cres., Dan Leckie Way, Caperol Crt , Queens Wharf Rd., Ice Boat Terrace, Fleet St., Bathurst St., Canoe Landing Park, Bathurst St., Queen's Wharf Rd., Housey St., Garrison Way and Lakeshore Blvd. CityPlace is a high density vertical condominium neighbourhood on Toronto's former Railway Lands. CityPlace neighbourhood has a residential population of around 12,000 people within its 44 acre site. The community includes 12 acres of parks, a community centre [to be constructed] schools [to be constructed], two day-care facilities, retail shopping and commercial banks along Spadina and Bremner/Fort York Boulevard. Canadians awoke to the devastating news that Terry Fox had succumbed to cancer, his family by his side. He entrusted his dream of a world free of cancer to Canadians, and we promised to take his Marathon of Hope across the finish line.
