Thanks you for liking our page. We are a group of people working to better a life of dogs that have spent their lives at an overcrowded shelter, are older, uglier and unwanted but nevertheless not less deserving of a warmth of their own home! Our idea is simple:
With help of Canadian and Polish friends we plan to collect the finds to pay for the upkeep of our chosen dog. For our idea to work, we n

eed help of 30 people who will 'invite our dog for coffee' monthly, by giving up one daily Latte at $5 (10 Polish Zloty) each, you are only forgoing one cup but to Liryn its a chance for a better life. One cup of coffee less for you means a better life for our chosen dog! Our adopted dog will be moved from a crowded shelter to a dog hotel where he or she will be prepared for adoption, promoted online with help of virtual volunteers in charge of posting the dog’s info around and hopefully soon adopted into a new loving family! Dziękujemy Wam za polubienie naszej strony! Jesteśmy grupą działąjącą na rzecz psów, które są starsze, brzydsze, niechciane... ale tak samo zasługują na ciepło własnego domu! Nasz pomysł jest prosty:
Z pomocą kanadyjskich i polskich przyjaciół zamierzamy zebrać fundusze na koszty utrzymania wybranego przez nas podopiecznego. Aby pomysł mógł wypalić musimy zaangażować w to przynajmniej 30 osób, które zobowiążą się do "zaproszenia psa na kawę" raz w miesiącu :-) Przyjmijmy, że jedna kawa to koszt 10 zł/5$. Jeden kubek przyjemności mniej, to lepsze życie psa! Pies zostanie umieszczony w hotelu, w którym chcemy przygotować go do adopcji, wypromować go i znaleźć mu dom! Chcesz pomóc staruszkowi? Postaw mu kawę :-)

Hello Friends, one of the reasons I am keeping my Facebook open is to help with the animal rescue I run. As you know, a few months back Matt and I have found a cat hit by a car and thanks to you we have saved the cat and covered most of the vet bills. We could not handle a stray cat in a home full of animals so Feline Fix Barrie stepped in and volunteer Mel took him in and has been resocializing him ever since. She has taken him to the vet several times, and I have just email transferred her what was left in Shadow's account from your donations which covered half of the last bill. However there is still a little bit outstanding that Feline Fix owes to the vet: 237.25. I am attaching here Shadow's transparent accounting, his last vet bill, copy of my transfer to Feline Fix as of this morning and asking you for a little bit more help for Shadow. You can email your Paws for a Latte donations to [email protected] and I will add you to the spreadsheet and repost it as soon as we have enough! (Should there be any left over funds I will transfer them to Feline Fix as well, as Paws for a Latte doesn't need to sit on funds at the moment and Feline Fix is swamped with kitties).
Lastly, Shadow is available for adoption to the right home. Please let me know if you would like to arrange to see him. He is a very sweet and loving boy and will flourish in the right home.

At emergency vet hospital in Barrie with a cat that we found on the road hit by a car. Severe facial injury, almost lost his tongue. Vets are trying to save him right now but will need your help! Please PM us if you’d like to contribute your coffee money! Right now Diem stuck the $2200 on her credit card but can’t carry the full load. Any help greatly appreciated. As always the accounting will be made public and updated every couple of days. Thank you friends for your help!
