It's been a while since we've talked about what we do for our clients. We know that looking for a good place to stay is not an easy task. Google is a good start, but then you need to w**d through the fake sites and "starts at" rates, suites that aren't actually available, and some that are quite undesirable. When you finally find something, you're not sure if you're getting the best rate, so you search some more. It can be tedious and very time consuming.
CHL has built great relationships over the past 21 years with Corporate Housing providers across Canada. This means we have human colleagues that we know and work with, to find you furnished accommodations that fit your needs and budget.
When you tell us where and when you want to stay, we share this with our providers and reply to you with rates and availability options, usually the very same day.
We're pretty fussy and don't work with providers who have properties that we wouldn't stay in ourselves, or that offer poor service to our clients.
We assist you with your booking, answer questions, and are here to help throughout your stay.
Our long-term relationships with our Corporate Housing providers also ensures that we will almost always provide you with a better rate than you would receive from them directly. Did you know that corporate housing stays of 30+ nights (31+ nights in Quebec) are tax exempt?
At the very least (e.g. if our provider is offering a special deal online) the rate would be the same as advertised. With the large volume of business we give them, our corporate housing provider-partners give our clients extra special priority attention.
We don't charge a fee for our service. We've been in business for more than 21 years and have very satisfied, repeat corporate and leisure clients, who appreciate the amount of time we save them and the level of service we provide.
