This weekend I had the privilege to meet Lise and Roger when they came out for a couple nights at the Otto hut. A few hours after I left, I got a text from Lise showing off her nice Walleye!

Safe to say they enjoyed the peaceful weekend out on the ice! 😃👍🏼

Hello Anglers!

This beautiful 8x8 hut is located on Lake Otto in Sw****ka On. And is walking distance from the parking lot on a plowed and packed trail! will be ready to rent as of Friday January 22nd! It’s a perfect hut for those who just wanna get out of the house for a day or two to fish, kick back and relax. It can accommodate 3-4 people comfortably! And can sleep up to two people. Ideal for couples, or a couple firends. The bunks can be combine together to make a bigger bed. It’s perfect for friends and small families to get out for the day! It’s tightly insulated and equipped with a nice little wood stove to keep you warm, shelving for your gear, and a big windows to enjoy the view.

Rental fee for this hut is only 100$/day! And only 150$/night! If you book multiple nights you even get a deal on the price! And no, we don’t charge you anything extra for wood and disposables!

A small outhouse is parked behind the hut for all your human needs also, no need to do your business in the bush! Must Bag and dispose of your own waste please! I will stock it with TP and small trash bags. It will also have small trash can for feminine disposables. But lets keep it clean for the next anglers, I’d hate to take this privilege away.

~ lighting for those who have a power supply ( 120v )
~ small tv
~ disposable cutlery / papers plates & bowls
~ a pot and pans to cook with
~ kitchen utensils
~ pop up table
~ ziplock bags
~ tinfoil

What you need to bring:

~ Ice auger ( unless I can accommodate on days off )
~ bait
~ food & beverages
~ fishing gear
~ lighter ( chances are the one in the hut will be missing)

Hello everyone!

Today was spent putting the newest member of the fleet to work. Getting the 6x8 day hut moved, prepped and ready for rental. And of course lines were in the water!

This nice little hut will be ready to rent as of Monday, January 12th! It’s a perfect little hut for those who just wanna get out of the house for a day to fish, kick back and relax. It can accommodate 3-4 people comfortably! Perfect for friends and small families. It’s insulated and equipped with a nice little wood stove to keep you warm, shelving for your gear, and a big window to enjoy the view.

Rental fee for this hut is only 80$/day! And no, we don’t charge you anything extra for wood and disposables!

Are you looking to experience some fishing adventures in the great north of Ontario? Look no further! I’m offering ice huts for rent in the beautiful backcountry of of Virginiatown Ontario!

The huts are located on Labyrinth lake just north of town. This lake offers beautiful scenery at a quiet location, with many species of fish including Walleye and northern pike! Lake can be accessed by snowmobile, ATV or even a small walk from your vehicle! Huts include a wood stove along with provided wood. Seating for family and friends. Disposable cutlery and necessities. We also have a beautiful little outhouse to accommodate your needs!
