Come enjoy this private Ruth Lake 4 season cottage experience. The cottage is located north of the Muskoka region in the Almaguin Highlands area approximately 3 hours north of Toronto. Specifically, about 1 hour north of Huntsville and 35 minutes south of North Bay. Just 15 mins from downtown Powassan.
Enter the shallow, sandy beach area to swim, canoe, or lay out on deck. There is a large 80ft dock available for outdoor enjoyment including a ladder for swimmers and large grassy yard area to play games and enjoy the lake views. The property includes a flagstone circular Fire Pit area for those cozy nightly fires or enjoy your morning coffee/tea from the large glass railing deck overlooking the lake.
Wireless Starlink Satalite WiFi and satellite television are available for those who want to stay in touch with the outside world. A/C and fans included in each room.
The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.
The cottage includes :
-4 spacious bedrooms, loft area and 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.
-Main floor: 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, 1 queen bedroom, 4 piece bathroom with tub
-full kitchen with eat in 3 seat peninsula. Adjacent 8 person dining area. Living room includes two leather couches with 65 inch tv.
-Second floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 double and single beds in 4th bedroom. 3 piece bathroom, loft area with double and single bed and couch for relaxing.
Enjoy the lake view from a wall of windows overlooking the waterfront.
-Basement: Fully finished walkout games room, ping pong table, dart borad, TV and sitting area. Laundry room with washer/dryer available with addition full size fridge. Walk out access to patio deck overlooking the lake.

Peak Summer Occupancy (June 29th– September 7) weekly 7 day rental Sat-Sat
$5000 per week
$1000 security deposit
Off- Season Occupancy (January 1- June 28 and September 7- Dec 23)
Minimum 3 day stay at $600 per night
