Riverbend is HIRING! We are currently looking for someone to work with our team at the front desk. PT (likely weekends) through June then FT for July/August. We may also consider a second person to handle PT duties through the summer.

This is a wonderful place to work! We have a great team of employees and....well, we work in a beautiful setting whether you're inside or outside.

We've been busy here with our Extended Stay program with lots of activity. Over the past two weeks we have welcomed 4 new residents and another is set to arrive tomorrow. On top of that we have one open spot for someone to consider. Note that we require newer RVs 2017 models or later. We enjoyed hosting this wonderful group from the BCIT Streamkeepers program. Here they are (28 students) early this morning doing their final exams. The group was geared up daily for their adventures in the rivers of the area. Looks like a great program! And, they're coming back next year! Every day around here brings a different visual perspective. Today while counting woodpeckers I noticed the different camping units found throughout the park. A little guy, a mid-size canvas and a rather large brand new RV that puts my house to shame. Plus, the darn thing expands with the flip of a switch. Pretty cool - all of them. Now, back to the woodpecker inventory.

If you were to google or BING 'Campgrounds' in Parksville BC you'd almost certainly find this place at the top of your list and everyone's list. www.RiverbendResort.bc.ca. We love our little piece of paradise located less than 5 kms from Parksville Beach and less than 1/2 that from the beautiful waterfront along Rathtrevor. Then again, why leave? Our own riverfront is stunning! A private sandy beach awaits our campers; a safe area where many kids, young and old, play in the water for hours upon hours.

We are taking reservations NOW for the Spring/Summer of 2025. Don't be disappointed. Book now! Check out the descriptions alongside each picture for more specific information.
