We just got notice that the Moda Collection called Tranquil Patina is on the way to us. I love these colors and wonder what Katie and Madi will design in them. I'm thinking about using them for my Arcadia that I must get done before the patterns release.

What pattern would you like to see in these? You can just order the kit and in comments tell us to use Tranquil Patina. Or wait for designs to be posted. It won't be long.

I entered my Carnival Flower in Tim Holtz Palette fabrics in the Evergreen State Fair (Washington State) and won Best of Show! Thanks go to Quiltworx.com for the design of such a great pattern. There were some really nice art quilts in the show that were spectacular, but nothing seems to beat what Quiltworx designs. They are literally show stoppers. I always say, it's not me, it's Quiltworx.

I hope Troy Linn loves this quilt as much as I do. He claimed it and I'm happy it's going to a good home. (That's Madi's dad, if you didn't know.)

So excited to finally get in the new Tula Pink project bags in her forthcoming fabric collection called Legendary! Now I just need to wait for the ribbons and of course the fabrics. These are special. You might want one.
