When Radhika joined our team as an international student, she brought enthusiasm, determination, and a commitment to excellence.

Within her very first month as a Guest Service Associate, her dedication and leadership qualities earned her a promotion to Guest Service Lead Hand.

Today, we're proud to celebrate Radhika as she takes the next step in her professional journey, building on her Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor.

While her career path is taking her beyond hospitality, we are grateful to have been part of her journey.

In less than 3 months with us, she has already made a remarkable impact on our guests and our team.

She didn’t give up after her first interview. She new she wanted to be here and kept trying.

She told us this was her dream job. She loves people, she loves food and for her making people feel welcome comes naturally. Every morning she makes sure guests are greeted with a big smile, a friendly good morning and when needed, a little help making the perfect Hampton style waffle. 🧇
Today, she told us she wants to retire here. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Serena who joined Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Windsor in housekeeping her first job in Canada, while continuing her education at the University of Windsor.

This September, Serena graduated from the Master of Management program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Odette School of Business and was recognized for her outstanding academic performance with a place on the Director’s List.

Serena’s story is also a wonderful reminder that a job in hospitality can be so much more than a job. It’s an opportunity to build communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, adaptability and customer-service skills, experience that travels with you wherever your career takes you.

For Serena, Hampton was one part of a much bigger journey: building Canadian work experience, completing her master’s degree and now taking the next step toward a career in purchasing, procurement and supply chain.

We were thrilled to bring members together for networking, collaboration and conversations around sustainability in Windsor-Essex.

Thanks to the generosity of our YQGgreen community, we also raised $200 for The Hospice of Windsor Face to Face Campaign. 💙

The hotel is buzzing with activity and currently hosting a FULL house of meetings and events throughout the property. It’s fantastic to see so many corporate teams connecting, learning and collaborating under one roof.

Our flexible and convenient meeting spaces continue to be the perfect setting for productive sessions and meetings.

Today’s catered lunch from Windsor’s Just Jeff Catering featuring homemade Chicken Cacciatore, Pesto Bow Tie Pasta and freshly baked Italian Biscotti received two thumbs up! 👍👍
