Sometimes you don’t realise what you’ve got until you move away. Some ingredients from some places I’ve lived which are hard to find outside that country. Guanciale, French salted butter, Samouri sauce, plain Asian noodles. I just put the Swiss beer in because I don’t think anyone is looking for it outside Switzerland.
