Chile is an amazing country in so many ways. And, in my opinion, it's much more of a democratic republic than the USSA. But, is it “Gulchable”.

As you probably know, there have been three attempts at intentional libertarian-leaning communities here. One went down in flames, one withdrawn and Freedom Orchard is still on hold. What is it about Chile that would attract such interest and activity?

Sorry for the long period of silence. There is no real news to report. We are waiting on two possible sources of financing.

As the most stable economy in Latin America, Chile has paved its way for a comfortable year.

I just reviewed this Global Competitiveness Report. Chile ranked 33rd. The US was 25th (down from 5th in 2002). The individual report on Chile was quite impressive.
