Job Title: Guest House Manager

Job Summary
Bliss Guest House is looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and dedicated Guest House Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high hospitality standards, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling guest relations, and ensuring the smooth running of the guest house.
Please note: This role may require working long hours, including late nights. Candidates should consider their availability before applying.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff.
Manage financial records, including budgeting, expense control, and daily sales reporting.
Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee inventory and supply management (e.g., linens, toiletries, kitchen essentials).
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure guest safety by overseeing security measures and monitoring surveillance systems.
Ensure tax and other regulatory compliance are efficiently accomplished
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high ratings and positive feedback.
Occupancy Rate: Achieve and sustain target occupancy levels.
Revenue Growth: Meet monthly and annual financial targets.
Cost Management: Control expenses while maintaining budget compliance.
Staff Performance: Ensure efficiency, professionalism, and punctuality.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain seamless daily operations with minimal disruptions.
Cleanliness Standards: Uphold high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in basic accounting and financial management.
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
Familiarity with booking systems and hospitality software (preferred).
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
