To celebrate International Women's Day (IWD), we host special activities to raise awareness, support women, and transcend unconscious biases. Our are encouraged to strike the pose, sharing their pictures on social media to celebrate diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society. Our colleagues can enjoy women's mental health talks, yoga classes, along with free health checks to prioritize the wellbeing of our female colleagues. Some hotels are recognizing female colleagues’ invaluable contributions with flowers and potted succulent plants. Moreover, selected hotels offer elegant high tea sets, with a portion of proceeds donated to local charities, narrowing the gender equality gap and helping girls access better education. As we continue our commitment to host people to the colourful joys of life in a sustainable manner, let’s collaborate to empower women to shine and collectively .
