Two esteemed Black Pearl award-winning restaurants, led by Mr Howard Cai, founder of Howard’s Gourmet (8 x Black Pearl Three-Diamond award restaurant) and Howard Cai’s Selection, together with Chef Gordon Guo, General Manager and Executive Chinese Chef at Raffles’s Yun Jing (6 x Black Pearl One-Diamond award restaurant), united to present an exquisite fusion of selected whiskey and unconventional ingredients.
