【銀娛舉辦「負責任博彩資訊亭培訓」 提升前線團隊支援能力🌟】
#銀娛 持續配合特區政府年度負責任博彩推廣主題「認識負責任博彩．守護每一分精彩」主題，推動相關宣傳推廣工作。適逢負責任博彩資訊亭設施的優化更新，銀娛聯同澳門義務青年會舉辦多場「負責任博彩資訊亭培訓」，為近100名前線團隊成員提供培訓。
培訓涵蓋資訊亭應用、自我隔離申請，以及社區支援及轉介資源等重點內容。參加者亦透過專題講解、影片分享、角色扮演及實務操作，加深對負責任博彩理念及相關政策的理解，並進一步掌握向客人介紹資訊亭服務、提供適切協助及轉介支援的實務技巧💡。是次培訓計劃為「銀娛負責任博彩推廣大使」系列活動之一，旨在持續向客人及社區推廣負責任博彩理念，共同擴展負責任博彩推廣網絡🤝。
【GEG Hosts RG Information Kiosk Trainings to Enhance Frontline Teams’ Support Capabilities🌟】
continues to support the Macau SAR Government’s responsible gaming promotion theme, “Learn RG, Keep the Fun Alive,” through a range of promotional initiatives. Following recent enhancements to the RG Information Kiosks, GEG partnered with the Youth Volunteer Association of Macao to organize a series of RG Information Kiosk Training sessions for nearly 100 frontline team members.
The training covered kiosk services, self-exclusion applications, and community support and referral resources. Through presentations, video sharing, role-playing exercises, and hands-on practice, participants deepened their understanding of responsible gaming concepts and related policies, while developing practical skills to introduce kiosk services to guests, provide appropriate assistance, and connect those in need with relevant support resources💡. As part of the GEG RG Promotion Ambassador Program Series, the training aims to continuously promote responsible gaming among guests and the wider community, while further expanding the responsible gaming promotion network🤝.
