MAA Motive Architects & Associates Architecture firm based in Taipei and Shanghai. After setting up China operations in 2005, we established our Shanghai office.

MAA仲项建筑设计事务所正式成立於2003年臺北。於2005年着手中國的項目，並在之後成立上海辦公室。
事務所主要負責項目除了建築設計外，同時擁有大尺度都市混合使用開發規劃、景觀設計、室內設計的豐富操作經驗及能力。在多重介面整合下，旨為業主和環境提供最佳的空間策略。

Besides meeting our customer demands proactively, we seek constantly creating new panorama under existing layout.
