MAA Motive Architects & Associates Architecture firm based in Taipei and Shanghai. After setting up China operations in 2005, we established our Shanghai office.

MAA仲项建筑设计事务所正式成立於2003年臺北。於2005年着手中國的項目，並在之後成立上海辦公室。
事務所主要負責項目除了建築設計外，同時擁有大尺度都市混合使用開發規劃、景觀設計、室內設計的豐富操作經驗及能力。在多重介面整合下，旨為業主和環境提供最佳的空間策略。
除了積極满足客户需求外，也極力在佈局中開創新局；並在形式承載意義的本質中尋找地域上的特質、以形塑空間的涵養與品質。

MAA was founded in 2003, Taipei. In addition to architectural design, MAA is much experienced in large scale urban mixed-use development planning, interior design and landscape design. By integrating multipl

e interfaces, we provide the best spatial strategy for our clients and environments of each project. Besides meeting our customer demands proactively, we seek constantly creating new panorama under existing layout. As form that embodies significance, we search the characteristics of the territory, as well as the virtues and qualities of the space.
