Celebrating the next generation of hoteliers at Shangri-La.

This , we’re proud to spotlight the talented young people shaping the future of hospitality! Through empowering training and mentorship programmes, we’re supporting the next generation of leaders across the globe.

Here are just a few ways we’re helping youth shine:
In Hong Kong, 12 interns recently joined our seven-week programme delivered in partnership with the Hong Kong government, gaining hands-on experience in operations and administration across mainland China and overseas.
In Abu Dhabi, and collaborated with the UAE’s Khebraty programme, equipping young Emiratis with valuable skills while they study.
In Singapore, partnered with to host a sustainability-focused hotel tour for 30 youths, offering insights into eco-conscious hospitality.
In Shanghai, welcomed 10 students for a job-shadowing and mentoring experience, giving them a real-world glimpse into hotel leadership.
