This year marks 25 years of andré fu’s studio. to celebrate, assouline presents andré fu: a designer’s vision, the third monograph produced by the acclaimed hong kong-based interior architect, and as the title suggests, it’s his most candid and insightful yet. each project is accompanied by a thoughtful personal narrative with text drawn from in-depth conversations between fu and author daven wu, singapore editor at wallpaper and city editor of the louis vuitton city guide to singapore. visually rich, sumptuous full-bleed photography of each project is occasionally punctuated by fu’s delicate hand-drawn sketches and scripted captions, offering a rare window into the inspiration and ambition behind some of the spaces.
