Regardless of the Cuberra getting off the line today, we enjoyed an exquisite gourmet dinner at Silver King Lodge this evening, consisting of all my favorite courses, lobster, langostinos, fresh snook, mashed potatoes, salad, and Key Lime pie for dessert. Thank you to our chefs Adilla, and Jennifer for putting out an exquisite meal as always.

Unfortunately a gourmet dinner evaded catch today at Silver King Lodge, see this 30 plus pound Cuberra Snapper get away right at the boat, they old saying still holds true, “the BIG one always gets away.. 🎣😕🎣🇨🇷

Silver King Lodge guest Matt and his guide Guinder have jumped numerous Tarpon this week and boated many also, Matt was so tired from fighting Tarpon, he has came back to the lodge early the last couple of days. He is already planning his trip for next year. The Spring weather pattern has been much more stable this week and the fishing is red hot, if anyone wants to book a last minute trip, we still have some availability in April and May. 🎣🇨🇷🎣🇨🇷😎

After multiple hook ups yesterday, Silver King Lodge guest Matt from Pennsylvania takes a well deserved break this morning after landing his first of hopefully many Tarpon during his trip. Good job Matt. 🎣🎣

Had a great group of guys at the lodge this week, Todd, Cathy, Justin. Holly, Hy’D and Brian from Idaho had a great trip to the lodge, the staff and myself enjoyed having all of you here, hope you make it back again. 🎣

Silver King Lodge guest Brian A. from Idaho is battling his first Tarpon in the Rio Colorado in Costa Rica 🇨🇷. The ocean is still a little high but many Tarpon are on the move up the river to Lake Nicaragua for the Spring spawning season. The extended forecast is looking much better for fishing in the ocean, we still have availability in April and May, both prime months, give us a call at Silver King Lodge and battle our Giant Tarpon. 😳🎣😳

Despite the choppy seas today the guests fishing at Silver King Lodge had numerous hook-ups and landings today. Here is a short video of our guests Tony Greenfield and his two sons that travelled all the way from the UK 🇬🇧 to battle our giant Tarpon at Silver King Lodge. They are fishing with our guide Manuel, another of our long time guides, Balvin, was filming with his phone. Good job guys.
