Some pets have never seen a vet. Not once.

This year, Pets Rule Care Project is heading back to Costa Rica, to Guayabo, Guanacaste and Isla Chira, to give animals the care they’ve never had access to.
Vaccines. Spay/neuter. Treatment for conditions that are painful, preventable, and sometimes life-threatening.

For many of these pets, this could be their only chance.

💛 It only takes $5 to make a difference. Every donation helps cover vaccines, medications, and lifesaving surgeries for animals who have no one else to turn to.

Big things happening at the Shala 🌿 Our Yoga Shala is getting a brand-new roof, built the traditional way with hand-laid cane and palm. There’s something special about watching a space be renewed with natural materials sourced and crafted right here in the tropics — the same breeze, the same birdsong, just a fresh canopy overhead.

Can’t wait to roll out the mats beneath it. Pura vida. 🧘‍♀️✨
