Tortuguero is a true natural paradise in Costa Rica, known for its lush tropical rainforest, which features three distinct life zones: very humid tropical forest, humid premontane forest, and humid tropical forest. Notable species include the Manu tree, the captive tree, the pilón tree, and the male cedar, among others. As for fauna, the park is home to a large number of mammals, including jaguars, sloths, howler monkeys, and 400 species of birds. It is also the most important sea turtle nesting site in the Western Hemisphere.
Imagine visiting the rainforest, surrounded by nature, listening to the chorus of different animals and birds awakening, feeling the morning dew, sitting in a turtle-shaped canoe, traveling on crystal-clear lagoons, then relaxing in a comfortable lodge located in a pintoresque village, enjoying delicious food, unwinding on the beach and then in the pool, attended by friendly staff who make you feel like home, and naturalist guides who make every adventure unforgettable
Come with us on an adventure.
