Long- Term (1 year):
$750 month includes all utilities except A/C
(Pricing if signing lease in low season for 1 year, 1st and last month due at move in. $850 monthly if signing in High Season. )

1 month pricing (28 -30 days):
$1050 in high Season for 1 month (A/C is $100 additional)
$850 in low season for 1 month (A/C is $100 additional)

Short term : 2+ Month Minimum Stay
Green Season (May 2026 - Nov 2026): $650 + A/C

High Season (Dec 2025 - April 2026): $950 + A/C.

* $500 Security Deposit required to reserve your studio.
* First & Last month due upon move-in date.(2 month minimum are paid in full)
* A/C is not included and can be added for $100 monthly for moderate usage to cover additional A/C costs.
* Rent includes water, gas, wifi, and lighting. Air Conditioning is not included.
* Bi-weekly basic cleaning and fresh towels/sheets provided for monthly stays.
* Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
* No pets allowed.
* Zero tolerance for disruptive behavior (immediate eviction without refund).
