We saved a hummingbird yesterday!!! We took him to sanctuary and our fingers are crossed that his wing will heal 🪶🦜

When coming to a retreat at Flō, one of our excursion options is a tour at and we just love seeing all of the reduced animals thrive 🙏🏼

SURPRISE!!! SURF CAMP ROUND 2!!! 🌊

A camp so nice... we had to do it twice 🤙🏽

We had WAY too much fun at our first surf camp so we're turning right around and doing it again in just 3 months 👀 🏄🏽‍♀️
