ABW Apartment - Brisa Crioula

The story behind ABW Apartment - Brisa Crioula.
ABW was born from a deep love for Cabo Verde. For its ocean, its nature, its people and the morabeza that is part of who we are.
Created by Cape Verdean families who share a love for the islands, the sea and the simple beauty of connecting with people, ABW was never meant to be just a place to stay.
It was created to share a feeling.
A feeling of slowing down with the breeze.
Of being close to the ocean.
Of feeling welcomed.
Of experiencing Sal beyond the place you came to visit.
Every corner of ABW has been thoughtfully imagined to carry a little piece of that feeling, through every detail, texture and choice.
Because we believe Cabo Verde is not simply somewhere you visit.
It is something you feel.
And this is the feeling we want to share with you.

Every detail tells a story.
What used to be a simple glass vase has now become a special decoration piece made by hand for ABW Apartment.
Using a handcrafted textured finish inspired by the natural tones of Cabe Verde.
We have carefully designed this fine piece to receive our guests in the entrance hall where it might contain naturally dried eucalyptus branches collected by us at the mountain of Serra Malagueta, Santiago Island, thus keep preserving their fresh and relaxing smell.
It might also become a beautiful lamp to graciously illuminate your dinner or living room, showing how inspired design can make life a little more beautiful.
Because at ABW Apartment everything is made with love.
Handcrafted with care.
Inspired by Cabo Verde.
