🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee employee relations and performance management
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour laws and HR best practices
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
• Support department managers with staffing and workforce planning
• Promote a positive and professional working environment
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 3–5 years of HR management experience (hospitality experience preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour legislation
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Fluency in Greek and English
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
