On this day, 510 years ago, the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law) was introduced. Basically saying: don’t mess around putting stuff in beer that doesn’t belong there 🍺 Some might say Germany loves its rules, but this one we can all agree on.

At The Circus, we’ve been brewing our own beer in our microbrewery since 2014, keeping things simple, honest, and true to tradition. Our Braumeister Heiko keeps those standards high, which is why we’re so proud of our Circus beer. Don’t believe us? At every check in we give out a voucher for a free sample, so you can try it for yourself.
