You already know the loins. But there’s a whole world beyond them.
T-bone, 8-rib rack, heart of rump, picanha, knuckle, eye round — every cut from the same Finnish Ayrshire heifer, raised on pure pasture and 200g of chocolate a day.
Extraordinary tenderness. Unforgettable flavour.
This is Freygaard Choco. 🍫
