Two days in showed that hotels are finally rethinking technology and guest communication because they have to. Costs are rising. Staffing challenges remain a daily reality. Guest expectations keep growing.

That is exactly why HotelBuddy took part in the NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Industry Expo London last week.

It was a real pleasure to reconnect with partners and speak with hoteliers about the operational pressures they are facing and the opportunities to drive revenue while improving the guest experience.

This upgrade gives you a cleaner layout, faster navigation, and full branding and customization options so your guests can access everything they need in just a few taps.

Here’s how to get started:

1️⃣ Create your own categories, or choose from our preset templates.

2️⃣ Adjust the text and icons to match your hotel’s tone and brand.

3️⃣ Once everything looks right, activate the new Guest Directory. It will automatically replace the previous Hotel Info icon on the guest dashboard, giving guests an improved experience immediately.

This update is all about helping hotels deliver clearer information, elevate digital service, and keep content effortlessly up to date.
